When we redid the RocketTube design we moved commonly accessed information up to a dropdown after you login.
1) Login to RocketTube
2) In the top right hand corner, you will see a button with your name and a little down arrow.
3) click that button to see quick links to your favorites and other commonly accessed information.

When you put in a trouble / support ticket it will be most helpful if you can include the following information in your ticket...
1) What is your Operating System (Mac Snow Leopard, Windows XP, Window ME, etc.)?
2) What web browser are you using (Internet Explorer 7.0, Firefox 3.5.5, etc)?
3) Please go to http://www.speedtest.net and run a test to the Atlanta, GA location and tell us the results (example: 30 MBPS down, 2MBS up, ping 4ms).
4) Where are you located (City, State, Country)?
5) What version of Flash Player are you using?
